We are a small, full-service CPA firm located in Virginia Beach, and we offer the entire range of services you expect from your CPA.  Our three partners have over 100 years of experience, and our biggest strengths are our knowledge, timeliness of services, and accessibility to our wide variety of clients.  When you call or contact us with questions and concerns, you can be assured that a partner will be intimately involved in the services we provide you. We do not charge for an initial consultation, so if you are considering a new CPA, or a CPA’s services for the first time, don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Among our specialties are: income tax planning and preparation; financial statement audit, review and compilation services for your lenders and other parties;  business valuation services for litigation, business succession, and buy-sell agreements; and assistance with helping you set up your accounting system to actually provide real time, useful information.

As part of our effort to make things more convenient for our clients, we are excited to now offer a link to our SecureDrawer portal, where you can upload information for us, and we can upload and share information with you.  The process is easy, but you must have an account set up first.  If you are interested in being able to electronically get documents and files both to and from us, please call and let us know.  We will then set you up on the system, which will trigger an e-mail invitation to you which you will accept. Once that is done, we can start sharing files with each other.
